Ledger App Learning is operated by Rodney Lindsay. By creating an account, buying a subscription, or continuing to use Ledger App Learning, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Service and no financial advice
Ledger App Learning is an educational investing simulator with lessons, quizzes, simulated paper trades, manual holdings, watchlists, streaks, badges, and opt-in community profiles. It is for general education only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell a security.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, harassment, or abuse.
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights or upload content you do not have rights to use.
- Do not interfere with security, including malware, probing, scraping, or bypassing paid feature gates.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical or plan limits.
- Do not post abusive, hateful, misleading, or unlawful content on public profiles or comments.
Intellectual property and user content
Ledger App Learning's software, lessons, documentation, and branding are owned by Rodney Lindsay. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You retain content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service.
Subscriptions, payments, and Paddle
Premium is available for $9.99/month or $79.99/year with a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the interval you chose. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Current public pricing is shown on the Pricing page.
Refunds, suspension, and termination
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in the Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated serious policy violations.
Availability, warranties, and liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill.
