How to request a refund
Payments, billing, customer service inquiries, and returns are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address from your purchase or your receipt reference.
You can also email support@ledgerapplearning.com and we will help route the request.
Trials, renewals, and cancellations
Premium includes a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and keeps Premium access until the end of the current paid period. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and Premium access ends once the refund is issued.
